To name a few bands, I like, Keane, Massive Attack, The Used, Green Day, Mandalay (they had a song on a movie I watched), Elton John, The Beatles, HIM. I could go on, but you can see that it's a wide variety.
Movies: Again, this has a large variety, so I'll name a few: Stranger than Fiction, Rent, Moulin Rouge, Boogeyman, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Cinderella Story, Dangerous Beauty, 8 Below, Mrs. Henderson Presents, Memoirs of a Geisha, and Snow (an ABC family movie).

Opinions
Interracial Relationships: A new one added to my website, but I'm putting it as the first one because this actually does apply to my life now. I have never had a problem with interracial relationships before, and I'm even more for it now because I am in one. Wylie and I have had some strange stares, including a rather dirty look from a guy at Target one day, and I really don't see what the big deal is. The heart is color blind. A person could be black, white, purple, blue, or even neon pink, and I could still love them. It's actually a lot more interesting to have couples of different cultures get together. According to Psychology Today, when Americans were shown photos of two types of people (one of full heritage, and one of mixed), the majority of people thought the one of mixed heritage was more attractive than the one who fell into only a single category. I know this is a little shallow to look at it this way, but there are so many shallow people in the world that it's something worth bringing up in this debate. Whether you have a problem with it or not, too bad. These types of couples, couples like Wylie and me, aren't going anywhere.

Religion: I view religion as a personal thing. I'm willing to tell people about my religion, but I'm not going to try and convert them, and I'll walk away if they try to convert me. I figure that whatever you believe is true for you. Your mind is strong enough to make it be true. If you're Christian, then you go to the Christian heaven when you die. If you're Wiccan/Pagan, you go to the Summerland, and if you don't believe in anything, then I suppose you cease to be (Yes, it's kind of depressing, but it was what they wished to believe). We can't know for sure whether any of the religions are right or wrong, so I don't see how we can attack people for it. It's just a set of beliefs that keep us going.

Homosexuality: I'm bisexual, so of course I'm all for gay marriage. People may say that being bisexual is falling into a fad. Well, I don't see it that way. To me, gender doesn't matter. It's secondary to who I love. If I happen to fall in love with a woman, then so be it. In this life, I fell in love with a man, but had he been a woman, I could have fallen for him just as easily. People should have the right to love who they want to without people attacking them.

Politics: Generally, I really dislike politics. Most of the world is misinformed (or uninformed), and most politicians are just corrupt. When it comes to my country, I sure as hell don't support Bush, and I hate that we're in this war. This doesn't mean I don't support the troops. In fact, I'd say I really do. I don't want them dying in a war where their deaths are in vain. We're fighting an intangible enemy. Terrorism will never be destroyed; it's not possible. It doesn't seem fair.

Abortion: I'm pro-choice. I feel that in certain cases, abortion should be allowed. We can't be sure exactly why people wish to get abortions. The only time I'm really against it is when people use it as a birth control method. If they can't be smart enough to at least put on a damn condom, then they sure as hell shouldn't have the choice to abort the child. It was their own fault.

Euthenasia: This has become a more popular debate lately. Someone brought it up in a Livejournal community I'm in, so I thought I would add it to this list. I am actually for euthenasia. I don't think it should be used constantly, but there are cases in which I think the patient has a decision whether they want to be kept alive by medicine for a little longer or to be euthenized. My great aunt died back in 2004 from having terminal cancer. There was absolutely nothing they could do to help her; they could only wait for her to die. She ended up dying in great pain because they wouldn't do euthenasia. If I had a terminal illness, I wouldn't want to be kept in pain. Besides, why should my family have to suffer through my pain when we could say goodbye and I could go peacefully? We see it as humane for animals, yet it's inhumane for humans? I don't understand that.
