Adrian: We met through my cousin Sara, and had talked vaguely on the board of The Outlaw 5, but we didn't actually meet until the summer of 06. This was one of those where we sort of instantly hit it off (I say sort of because for a good amount of time, I was shy). I was pleasently surprised when I got a phone call from him a day or two before I left California with him wanting to say goodbye and that I need to come back soon. And I really do want to, because hanging with him, and all of the others, is one of those times where its just laughs all around.

Allison: We met in our creative writing class (from hell), and started talking a lot before class. She loves horses, and works in an area where they bring in baby cows sometimes, so she promised to let me come and play with them. I gave her one of our hand painted boxes for her birthday, because I found out she was Wiccan as well. It's sad not being able to talk to her and Erin all the time now.

Andrew: One of my cousin's friends, I've gotten to know him slightly from a visit to California and more from A Quartet and a Dragoon. He's fairly strange, like all of my cousin's friends, but he fits into the type that I usually talk to. If I knew him better, I'd say more, but I don't, so I'm shutting up now.

Angie: I first knew her as Kiara on USM, but as we grew closer, I got to know her on a first name basis (along with her husband). I love calling her up and talking to her because she's such a fun person. She has two children who she gives the phone to sometimes. They're both adorable, and they only add to her fun personality. When she was building a playset type thing for Amanda one time and I called, she answered with "Hello, Kiddie's Play Palace, how may I help you?" She's like a big sister to me.

Anna: This is the woman I blame my fiction writing on. I used to write a lot of poetry when I was younger, and being a kid I, of course, liked getting tons of compliments. Then came Anna who started posting her poems, and the little 13-year-old me got a tad jealous. So what did I do? Right, I started writing fiction. haha. I'm actually quite pleased with how it turned out though. Honestly, I think Anna (without even trying) pushed me to do my best with my writing. I'm not sure I would be writing stories if it weren't for her. So, thank you, Anna.

Annette: It took a while for my brother to admit he was dating again, but once he admitted it, we got to meet Annette. This girl became part of the family very quickly. She's into gaming and anime (just like me and my brother Justin), and she's very smart. She's also great in the fact that she can get blackmail photos of my brother for me (like him as Snape for halloween. That one had me laughing). My prediction (and hope): They will be married and I can call her my sister-in-law! hehe.

Anta: I met him through my cousin when I went out to her graduation and when we went to Anime Expo 04. He's a very questioning person; the type that yearns to learn through life in any way possible. Whether he does it consciously is up for debate, but I think it's just his personality. He brings up a lot of intelligent conversation, and has the ability to debate reasonably. That gives him major cool points.

Arika: I want her face! Not only is she a totally awesome person, but she's drop dead gorgeous! I've always told her that I want to take her good looks for myself.

Ash: My baby sister! We're not actually blood-related, but we might as well be. You put us together in a room and you would think the same. We both share that sarcastic, cynical attitude. It makes me so mad when people hurt her. When she was 8, her mother committed suicide, and people seem to find that a fun way to get to her. I know it's not; people who do that are assholes. And I will find a way to avenge my baby sis. Just you wait.

Ashley (DW): My little Aussie friend! She just recently (like a year or so ago) moved out to Utah to marry our mutual friend Matt. So during one of my visits out there, I got to meet her. She's a sweet girl. We used to have this thing where I'd say "G'Day mate" in an Aussie accent because she thought it was cute. I might just start that up again. She's a beautiful person inside and out, and I know she'll get happiness because she sends so much out.
